The ferrata leads to one of my favourite Dolomite views &#8211; the Vajolet Towers. The start is well-marked with signs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By car<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To get to the bottom of the gondola search for the&nbsp;Albergo Frommeralm near Carezza in your&nbsp;GPS or Google Maps. There is a paid&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/1n2CuYsDvbZScDe6A\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/1n2CuYsDvbZScDe6A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">parking lot<\/a>&nbsp;at the bottom of the gondola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By bus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you travel by bus, the nearest bus stop is called <em>Frommer<\/em>. Look for connections on the Sued Tirol Mobil site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gondola tickets<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>During Summer and Autumn, the Koenig Laurin gondola operates from the end of May until the start of November. You can check the exact prices, times, and dates <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dolomitisuperski.com\/en\/SuperSummer\/Discover\/Regions\/Carezza\/Lifts\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.dolomitisuperski.com\/en\/SuperSummer\/Discover\/Regions\/Carezza\/Lifts\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#24ad9936\"><strong>TIP<\/strong>: Koening Laurin is a two-tier gondola. You can take both Koenig Laurin I+II directly from Welschnofen (Nova Levante), the nearest town. Follow the left signs for Via Ferrata Passo Santner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soon, you will emerge onto a path right underneath the western wall of the Rosengarten\/Catinaccio group.&nbsp;From here, you will get a clear view of where the route leads. The cable protection is placed nicely in difficult sections. You will also come across ladders and bolts coming out of the wall. It will give you a great taste of what&#8217;s coming ahead &#8211; The Vajolet Towers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After around 2-2.5 hours, you will reach the end of the via ferrata and the objective for the day\u2014the Santner Pass. Both huts are within eyesight of one another, and both have amazing views of Vajolet Towers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The huts stay open from mid-June until mid-October. They are both privately owned, but typically, the fees are reasonable for the huts in this area and include food.
